Another collaboration with our friends Rivington Brewery.

This time we paired their coffee stout Dilated Particles, itself is a collab with Blossom Coffee Roasters. With roast habaneros and tart, tannin rich dried sour cherries. What results is an autumnal rich and fiery sauce that adds deep complex flavour to any meal.
